2. Cancellation by Customers

Customers can cancel their bookings under the following conditions:

• More than 48 hours before the tour: Eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee of 5% of the total booking amount.
• Within 48 hours of the tour: Refunds are generally not available, except under exceptional circumstances, such as verified medical emergencies.
• No-shows or late arrivals: Bookings will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be provided.

3. Cancellation by Top Dubai Trips

In rare cases where Top Dubai Trips must cancel a tour due to weather, operational issues, or safety concerns, customers will have the following options:

• A full refund of the booking amount, or
• An option to reschedule the tour to a later date, based on availability.

4. Refund Process

5. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, including special events, promotional packages, or private tours, may be non-refundable. These details will always be specified at the time of booking.

6. Modifications to Bookings

If you wish to change the date or time of your booking, modifications may be allowed based on availability. Some changes may incur an administrative fee. Please contact us to discuss any modifications.

7. Disputes
